This Digital License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “You”) and shop.vectorsfile.com (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use our files.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, shop.vectorsfile.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-refundable license to use the digital files according to the terms stated below.
This is a license, not a sale of ownership.
2. Permitted Uses
You ARE ALLOWED to:

- Example: laser-cut items, wood products, acrylic items, crafts
- Modify or resize files only for production purposes
- Use files on your own laser cutting or CNC machines
3. Prohibited Uses
You ARE NOT ALLOWED to:
- Resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files in any format
- Upload files to other websites, marketplaces, cloud drives, or social platforms
- Sell files as digital products, bundles, or freebies
- Claim the designs as your own
- Use files for trademarks, logos, NFTs, or sublicensing
- Allow third parties to use the files without purchasing their own license
🚫 Sharing purchased files with others is strictly prohibited
4. Ownership & Copyright
All digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of shop.vectorsfile.com.
Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership.
5. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file is downloaded
- If a file is corrupted or faulty, we will replace the file, not refund

6. File Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring file compatibility with your software and machine
- Testing files before production
- Proper machine settings and material use
We are not responsible for material loss, machine damage, or production errors.
7. Termination of License
We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any part of this Agreement.
In case of termination:
- You must stop using the files
- You must delete all copies in your possession
8. Legal Action & Violations
Unauthorized use, resale, or distribution may result in:
- License termination
- Account suspension
- Legal action under applicable copyright laws
- DMCA takedown requests
9. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify this Digital License Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
